Hannes Hahne is co-founder and CEO of OmicScouts GmbH, a leading chemical proteomics company dedicated to expedite drug and biomarker discovery using innovative technologies from chemical biology, proteomics, mass spectrometry and computational biology.
Prior to founding Omicscouts, he obtained a post-doctoral fellow in Bernhard Kuster’s lab at the TUM with more than seven years of research experience in mass spectrometry-based proteomics and related fields; (co-)author of more than 40 publications in peer reviewed journals (including Nature, Science, Nature Methods, Cell Reports, and others).
In 2014, he was awarded of the Wolfgang-Paul-Studienpreis from the German Society for Mass Spectrometry (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Massenspektrometrie, DGMS).
